PHP5 upgrade

We have upgraded the php5 version from 5.1.16 to 5.2.17, as this is a major upgrade there are a few instances where websites will not load correctly if using php5.

Know issues are Joomla sites, one needs to log into the control panel -> Services -> PHP5 Settings

Select the Other Settings and set the Fix CGI Path to no.

You may also need to set the Includes path to yes on some sites.
